The location is centric, great breakfast, attentive personnel, nice clean and comfortable room, excellent value for money, helpful owner and manager.

For us it was ideal.

It was run down and the carpet was dirty. One of the shades was missing. The carpet was old and had snags in it. There was no hairdryer (which is very unusual). I ended up switching hotels

Not overly clean, mildew smell. Not very private (large window- insufficient drapes) Located near almost nothing (nearby mall ran about 40% capacity), very inconvenient for doing things. Hotel info incorrect- said to be close for shopping and free airport shuttle-nope

The noise level from nearby bars and restaurants can be disturbing at night.

Great location near shops and restaurants, beautifully decorated rooms, and friendly staff. the hotel has everything we needed for a great city trip. Our room was equipped with all the necessary amenities. We appreciated the in-room coffee maker and complimentary breakfast every morning. the hotel is located in a key location making it easy to explore the city on foot. the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay.

The rooftop pool was much smaller than expected, and the gym was not fully equipped. Although the hotel was beautifully decorated, some areas looked a bit dated and could use some modernizing.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The room was also clean and comfortable, with nice amenities. It was great being able to use the fitness center on site. , it was great that the hotel has free Wi-Fi and a 24-hour front desk for guests who need assistance.

The hotel was really noisy, especially during the Christmas season. There were loud parties and music playing in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep.
